Geisha has the beauty goods. Cosmetic company Kanebo's Sensai is a moisturizing lipstick disguised as a siren red lipstick in a silver case. Their mascara is lengthening and soft.Kanebo's products are made with Koishimaru moisturizing silk, especially for their skin care. Hair products contain oriental botanical ingredients. Sensai means fineness and delicacy in Japanese and they have salons which emphasize this formula. The Japanese are big on skin lighteners and making their eyes wide open. Shiesedo and Shu Umura are also well established brands. Fashion is popular in Tokyo and the Ginza district is the shopping mecca.
