The tag line reads "Inside Every Blond Is a Blonder Blonde Waiting To Get Out" and "You Can Never Be Too Blond" One can gradually lighten their blond tresses and get a sun kissed look all year. It makes hair lighter without the damaging effects. Natural chamomile and citrus lightening complex are gentle ingredients for this process. Brunettes and red heads look out.
